Your price stays the same for 12 months. The deposit is refunded when you return the router in good condition with the pre-paid envelope.
Is there a contract?
A short one. 3 months, then monthly rolling.
Every plan has a 3-month minimum term. After that it rolls monthly with no exit fees. Need broadband for less than 3 months? Our sister service TemporaryBroadband.co.uk offers 30-day rolling plans.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 14 days to be sure.
We check coverage at your postcode before you order, but indoor reception can't be guaranteed. If the service isn't right in your home, contact our UK team within 14 days and use our money-back guarantee.

Do I need a landline or an engineer?
No. The router connects to a mobile network, so there's no line to install and no engineer appointment. No tools, no drilling.
Can I choose which network I get?
You can tell us about networks that work well or badly at your property. We take your preference into account, but can't guarantee a specific network.
Is the data unlimited?
Yes, unlimited data on every plan, subject to our fair usage policy.
Where do I place my order?
